
The starting point of each mandate is an in-depth conversation with the client. A preliminary briefing includes a detailed analysis of the position and its environment. It serves as a basis for establishing a profile of the respective requirements in the targeted market.
On the basis of the established profile, our consultants and researchers prepare a list of target companies. After approval of this list by the client, our consultants contact individual people directly, and, upon approval of the “Longlist”, they conduct interviews with interested candidates. Only the very best candidates make it to the “Shortlist” and will be invited for a personal interview with the client.
Our consulting activities include a screening of the candidate with regard to professional competences, potential leadership skills, and personal characteristics. The results are analyzed and compared with the profile of requirements and the given social environment. This systematic way of proceeding guarantees that the client is in a position to decide on the right candidate.
