Skilled candidates

We have been filling board of directors, board of trustee and C-Level positions for over 35 years, which provides us with a wealth of experience and expertise in supporting companies during this crucial process.

We are well versed in advising various companies in the Swiss market, analysing situations and asking critical questions with the consistent goal of filling board positions in the long term.

Filling board positions is arguably the most significant responsibility when filling vacancies at a company. These boards have a high degree of strategic responsibility, and there is still a high degree of awareness of this fact to this day. The times when board of director assignments were adorned with recognisable names are definitely over. Instead, skills are sought in precisely defined fields of competence, which affects both the search and search process. This involves a targeted search for candidates with the corresponding skills at a strategic level as well as approaching and evaluating these candidates.

The evaluation and selection process is a more recent development. In the past, lists of names were created and prioritised. The first person to accept was chosen. Nowadays, there is more awareness that boards of directors in particular require a selection process.

Examples of filled board vacancies

Executive search is a discreet business. We would be happy to provide references during a personal conversation.

Whether or not a board member assignment has been successful is not decided in the first few months, but only after several years have passed. That's why we like to show you examples from the past years rather than focusing on recent months, as this is where the long-term quality of good recruitment can really be seen.
