Ambitious ob­jectives. Like those which the founder of MPB Executive Search has always set for himself. As a Swiss state-certified Head of Marketing, Helmut has been active for many years in marketing for publishing houses as Product Manager, Head of Sales and Business Manager. It was also ambition that impelled him to initiate the national qualifying examination for Personnel Specialists, and he was a member for many years of its examination committee, in addition to serving on the preparatory commission appoint­ed to draw up regulations for the higher examination leading to the qualification of Head of Human Resources.

Wining and dining are among his favorite hobbies, as are the Basel Carnival, mountain hiking, skiing and classical music – all of which this husband and father of two daughters loves to share with family and friends.

Managing Partner/Owner

Continuous development is particularly important for Regina Graf. This is reflected throughout her CV: She studied Business Administration at the „Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg“ and awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2011. In 2017 she got her Masters degree in General Management at the „HFH Fernhochschule“. In the meantime, she has persued a very successful career at the MPB Recruitment Group, where she is now a Managing Partner.

When Regina Graf is not hunting candidates, she dedicates her free time to the Rotaract Basel or the Rotary Club Allschwil. She likes spending the rest of her time with her daughter. With her family she travels the world and likes discovering new places and cultures.

Senior Consultant

Adrian von Felten began his career as a graduate electrical engineer in an SME before soon being promoted to head of PPS and assuming full responsibility for sales. As Global Product Manager in an international company, he developed his department’s global marketing strategy before assuming responsibility for the growth and marketing strategy of his product segment as Product Line Manager. In 2008, he moved to the Executive Search industry, joining a prestigious headhunter based in Switzerland, where he was responsible for the recruitment of specialist and managerial positions in national and international companies across various industries, for both small and medium-sized as well as large-scale businesses. Adrian von Felten has an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Marketing as well as a degree in Human Resources Management. As of June 2023, he is a member of MPB Recruitment Group/AltoPartners Switzerland, driving our collaboration with our AltoPartners across the globe as an additional interface.

In addition to his family with his three children, one of his passions is continuous development. A week without a non-fiction book is unfathomable to him, and he enjoys reading about technology, research and social sciences. He regularly devotes his time to fitness training, enjoys cycling and spending time in nature to promote his physical wellbeing.

Senior Researcher

Even before completing a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics at the University of Basel’s Faculty of Economics, it was important to Ali Sahin to gain professional experience and apply his skills in practice. He is currently completing a Master of Science in Business and Economics. As a Senior Researcher, Ali Sahin can incorporate his broad knowledge from various economic fields thanks to his previous experience.

Ali Sahin enjoys spending his spare time with his family and friends. He also enjoys travelling to foreign countries and discovering new cultures.

Junior Researcher

Sina Lüchinger has been working part time as a Junior Researcher at MPB since July 2023 in order to gain work experience alongside her Bachelor’s degree. This allows her to apply the theory she has learned in her Business and Economics studies into practice and develop these skills.

In her spare time, Sina likes to do sports, such as skiing, playing volleyball, or fitness. She enjoys going on short trips with friends, organising cooking evenings or solving her way out of an escape room. She is fascinated by foreign countries and cultures as well as good books and stories.

Assistant

After graduating as a hotel industry expert and working on the MS Europa cruise ship, Magdalena Will moved to Switzerland, where she had always enjoyed spending her holidays in the past. During those initial years, she was able to gain experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel at the reception, in accounts and in the HR department. She joined MPB as an Assistant in 2010, bringing with her this extensive experience. She has acted as the administrative hub ever since and is also in charge of quality management.

Magdalena Will is a passionate tennis player in her spare time and also participates in day tournaments. She finds a balance to her fast-paced routine by dancing and playing the piano. In winter, she greatly enjoys skiing and takes a skiing holiday to Schönried/Gstaad with her family every year. She enjoys spending her time with her family.
