The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) passed by the EU Parliament came into effect on 25th May 2018. The new regulations affect all those who are active within the European Union or who exchange data with individuals within the EU.
The MPB Recruitment Group has long since prepared for the GDPR together with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). As an Executive Search company, discretion is of the highest priority to us, which includes protecting the safety of the personal data of our customers, candidates and partners. The AESC, the global association of Executive Search companies, ensured that their demanding and certified processes conform with GDPR guidelines several years ago. The AESC Best Practice guidelines were developed, which each member must adhere to. This enables us to continue to guarantee our customers the highest level of data security throughout the entire recruitment process.
