United against cancer
Dear business partners,
The Swiss Cancer League is one of Switzerland’s most significant non-profit organisations and has dedicated itself to the fight against cancer for over 100 years. Their motto is “united against cancer”.
Every third person in Switzerland will get cancer at some point in their lives. In this country there are an additional 39,500 new cancer patients every year. The Swiss Cancer League is on hand with help and advice for those affected by cancer, including their relatives. Any funds collected are usefully assigned towards research, prevention and care.
This year we were allowed an insight into the meaningful work of the Swiss Cancer League during an assignment to fill a vacancy. We filled the senior management position of the head of marketing, communication and fundraising and are currently searching for a successor to the current CEO, Dr. Kathrin Kramis. This is an important task, one that is an honour for us and which we are working on with a high level of commitment.
We are convinced that it is in everyone’s interest if we support the Swiss Cancer League in its fight against cancer with a financial contribution instead of distributing Christmas cards and presents. We would like to wish all our customers and business partners a successful year 2019. We look forward to another year of challenging search assignments and assessments.
