As we approach the end of 2022, we wanted to reflect on what has been a successful and exciting year, whilst looking forward to an even better 2023.

We are proud to have supported many clients with the recruitment of key positions in their organisation, be it an SME or a large organisation. Additionally, we are delighted to have not only assisted our loyal clients, but also to have won over new clients that have been a pleasure to collaborate with too.  This, together with a change in our leadership structure, as well as the expansion of our core team, resulted in an eventful and positive 2022 for MPB respectively AltoPartners Switzerland.

Our philosophy is also to give back to society for those less fortunate.  In fact, this year we have opted to donate to the initiative of Corinne Klajda, one of our AltoPartners colleagues from Poland.  The fundraising campaign initiated by Corinne, in conjunction with UNAWEZA Foundation, aims to provide scholarships for Polish and Ukrainian Paralympic athletes who are preparing for the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. To achieve this, she has participated in one of the toughest ultramarathons in the world, the Atacama 4 Deserts Run in four continents.  Here at MPB, we look forward to the new year with optimism and hope.  In the meantime, we wish you, your family and your colleagues all the very best for the festive season and a successful, healthy and happy 2023!
