Appointing Board of Directors – Our Focus
Just like the Champions League in football, the AESC, the Association of Executive Search Consultants, represents the highest “league” to international Executive Search companies. We are the first company in Northwestern Switzerland to have been meeting their standards for seven years and we pass this level of quality on to our clients.
Together with the AESC we carry out regular surveys with our international partners. This year’s survey was on the current topic of “Boards of Directors”. Questions included “Why should you accept a Board of Directors assignment? What do Executive Search companies look for when searching for members of a Board of Directors, and what is the process behind it?”
