100 days later and the decision still feels like the right one
Around 100 days ago, we at MPB Recruitment Group AG made a conscious decision to enter into an office partnership with Fankhauser Karrieremanagement AG and work side by side under one roof.
When we ask candidates, “How have your first 100 days been?”, we want to hear about their experiences, insights, and personal reflections. Today, we asked ourselves the very same question.
Our conclusion is clear: It was the right decision.
Why?

One thing that has become even clearer to us is the importance of personal interaction.
