Each phase of a mandate is important to us, and we are very particular! It all begins with a detailed on-site briefing with the customer. For example, a tour through the production facility when searching for a head of production gives us an in-depth insight into the work environment and the upcoming challenge. This is what a practical example looks like:

This enables us to find out a lot of information on the infrastructure, the working environment, the atmosphere within the company and the cooperation between employees. The work atmosphere cannot be described – it has to be felt. We can only receive a comprehensive impression and “experience” the vacant position if we leave our offices and visit the site. We bear a lot of responsibility; not only towards our customer, but also for our candidates. We want to give them a profound insight into the company and the field of activities they strive for. We regard ourselves as our customer’s ambassadors – we are the “salespeople” of a position and we represent our customers when meeting potential new employees. These in-house impressions and emotions are relevant in order to evaluate the ideal “fit” and to make a selection that is sustainable for all parties. This is a task we take very seriously, and we also gain an in-depth impression through on-site tours and conversations.
