There are two sides to everything. So let us use this time during which many employees have a bit more downtime than usual. We have noticed that it has become faster and easier to start a conversation with candidates in recent days, as they work from home without distractions and with plenty of time to think about their work and the future. There is no rush, most appointments have been cancelled and everyday business has been scaled down. Evening plans have also been cancelled, so that everyone can focus on their immediate environment and take more time than ever before to actively assess their career path.

We are carrying out more and more interviews by phone or video call. We are also able to meet candidates in person, if required, while ensuring strict compliance with the guidelines of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG). Our office space is ample with a sprawling hall, and our conference rooms are spacious and inviting. We would be especially pleased if we are able to generate added value for our customers while using these measures by filling vacancies that have proven to be difficult to fill in the past.
